a. that in an effort to increase the competitive edge of domestic motorized vehicle components production industry, it has promulgated Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 47/PMK.011/2010 concerning Government Borne Import Duties on the Import of Goods and Materials to Make Motorized Vehicle Components in Budget Year 2010, 145 (one hundred forty five) goods and materials products to make motorized vehicles is decided get government borne import duties facility;
b. that besides products as intended in paragraph a, many products of goods and materials components to make motorized vehicle fulfill criteria to get government borne import duty according to Article 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 07/PMK.011/2010 concerning Government Borne Import Duties on the Import of Goods and Materials for the Manufacture of Goods and/or Services to serve the Public Interest and Improve the Competitive Edge of Industries in Certain Sectors for Budget Year 2010;
c. that based on consideration as intended in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 47/PMK.011/2010 concerning Government Borne Import Duties on the Import of Goods and Materials to Make Motorized Vehicle Components in Budget Year 2010;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 47/PMK.011/2010 CONCERNING GOVERNMENT BORNE IMPORT DUTIES ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS AND MATERIALS TO MAKE MOTORIZED VEHICLE COMPONENTS IN BUDGET YEAR 2010
To amend attachment of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 47/PMK.011/2010 concerning Government Borne Import Duties on the Import of Goods and Materials to make Motorized Vehicle Components in Budget Year 2010 become as stated in Attachment of this Ministerial Regulation, that is integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
This Regulation of The Minister of Finance shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of The Minister of Finance shall be announced by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
